This energy-efficient, multi-phased development is designed as a sustainable community, featuring high-efficiency construction, solar panels and smart landscaping features. Salt Lake County owns and manages the facility intended for residents with life challenges, including low-income, language and physical hardships.

Zwick Construction completed this multi-building campus in two phases. Phase I included 62 units, common areas, community park-like feature, site development and a community center. Phase II included two buildings with a combined 76 units, community garden space, and PV (solar) panel installation on all buildings.
